Just one year ago, 32 of us gathered at Owen Park for our first-ever Home First Team Retreat. Fast forward to today—we’ve more than doubled, with 77 team members and 45 in attendance at this year’s gathering.
What a difference a year makes!
This retreat was more than a chance to step away from our daily routines—it was a time to reflect, reconnect, and recharge. And wow, do we have a lot to be proud of.

- 15,000+ client visits completed—averaging over 100 a day!
- 10,000 hours of care delivered with heart
- 30 new caregivers welcomed to our team just this year
- 90+ home assessments through our thriving Aging in Place program
- Our first age-friendly model apartment at Givens Estates? Sold the same day it hit the market!
