Our dedicated Home Care team is here to enhance the living experience for residents of Givens Estates and Givens Highland Farms. We aim to remove the hassles and stresses of daily living, empowering our clients to fully embrace the vibrant community and amenities available.
Comprehensive Assessment:
To ensure all clients receive the most appropriate care, a Given’s Home First team member will conduct an initial assessment and ongoing evaluations, as required by the State of North Carolina. This personalized approach allows us to create a customized care plan that caters to evolving needs, preferences, and health requirements.

To start services, a Givens Home First team member will carry out an in-home assessment for a fee.
Our team will partner with you to design a plan of care that meets your unique needs. Home Care is paid out of pocket, though many Long Term Care Insurance plans contribute. Your dedicated social worker can review your policy to determine eligibility.
Once the plan of care has been designed, it will be time to welcome us into your home!
As required by the State of North Carolina, all Home Care clients must be reassessed every 90 days (or when needs change) to review and refine the care plan.
Flexible & Cost-Effective:
We believe in providing accessible and affordable care. Our Home Care services are billed at an hourly rate, enabling our clients to select the level of support that suits their budget and requirements. Additionally, long-term care insurance plans may contribute towards the cost, further easing the financial burden.
