With 37 years of nursing experience, Karen will be “Getting to the Heart of the Matter” with a discussion on managing heart health, reducing risk factors, and making lifestyle choices that support longevity. Her career has been dedicated to ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time, and she’s passionate about helping people take control of their health.
💙 Meredith Singer, FNP-C, BCPA – Family Nurse Practitioner & Patient Advocate
With over two decades in medicine, Meredith specializes in cardiology, diabetes management, and high-risk patient care. She understands heart health both professionally and personally, having navigated cardiovascular concerns in her own family. Her goal is to empower individuals with the knowledge they need to make heart-healthy choices.
