We are thrilled to announce that Cindy McCurry and Linda Nash, both CNAs with Givens Home First have been appointed as inaugural Cultivators! This role marks a significant milestone in our journey, as Cindy and Linda will both play a pivotal role in nurturing and guiding our new team members during their first 3-6 months of employment.
What Does Being a Cultivator Mean?
