Today, we hit an exciting milestone at Givens — our first-ever group orientation session for Home Care! Typically, we onboard team members one-on-one, but with big goals for 2025, we’re growing fast and trying something new.
From 8am-3pm, our group shared laughter, learned a lot, and got to know each other in a whirlwind day filled with positivity and opportunity. Words like informative, fun, eventful, comforting, and even overwhelming were just some of the ways the team described their experience when we wrapped up.
A huge thank you to our Cultivators, Linda and Cindy, for leading this energetic and fun-filled session, and to Angela, our Administrative Coordinator, for keeping everything running throughout the day. We couldn’t have done it without your support!
